IMPORTANT: You must enroll or renew in a Health Plan by December 15, 2020, in order to have Health Coverage with an effective date January 1, 2021.
If you do not enroll or renew in a Health Plan by December 15, 2020, you will not be able get health coverage until November 1, 2021, unless you have a Special Enrollment.
